We accidentally created these last week and I’m almost sorry we did!! They are soooo deliciously moreish, but rather naughty and we can’t stop making them! They are super easy to whizz up and last for a good few days in a sealed container so they make a great lunch box or after school treat for the kids.

Ingredients
- 2 cups ground almonds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp honey
- 4 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175oC and grease a baking tray.
- Mix together the ground almonds, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl mix together the honey, coconut oil and vanilla then combine the two together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, place on the greased baking tray and flatten to make a biscuit shape.
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden.
