Ingredients
- 100 g almond butter or any nut butter
- 100 g coconut oil
- 50 g raw cacao powder
- 100 g honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- 50 g dried cherries

Instructions
- Blitz the nut butter and coconut oil in a food processor for 1 minute or so.
- Sieve in the raw cacao, then the rest of the ingredients (apart from the cherries) until totally gooey.
- Add the cherries and mix with a spoon.
- Scoop the mixture into a coconut oil greased 24cm baking tin, then put it in the freezer for 30 minutes until firmly set.
- Cut the fudge into bite sized pieces and store in the fridge.
