Ingredients

head of cauliflower
chopped into florets
1
tbsp
Goats butter
1/2-1
cup
Almond milk
2
tbsp
grated goat’s gouda
or pecorino cheese, or similar (optional)
Instructions
Steam the cauliflower until soft.
Transfer it to a bowl and mash with a potato masher, adding the butter and milk to your desired consistency.
If you decide to add the cheese, you can either add it into the mash or sprinkle it onto the top of your dish before baking.
