Ingredients

raw cashews

water

nutritional yeast
juice 1/2 lemon
1
clove
garlic
Instructions
Soak the cashews in the water for 30 mins if using high speed blender or for at least 2 hours if using a standard blender
Put all the ingredients, including the soaking water into the blender and whizz until smooth
Put into a jar and into the fridge to cool and set
