Beef chunks

tomato puree

maple syrup

rapeseed oil

Green parts only for low FODMAP, sliced

red pepper

Peeled and sliced

Or alternative green veg for low FODMAP, chopped small

tamari soy sauce

rice vinegar

Instructions
Slice the beef into thin strips and coat it in the tomato purée and maple and leave to rest whilst you prepare the veg (or longer).
Heat the 2 oils in a large frying pan and throw in the beef, onion, pepper and ginger and cook until the meat is browned.
Add in the other veg and cook to your liking (3-5 minutes if you like them nice and crunchy and depending on what you use).
Add in the tamari, vinegar and sesame seeds, stir through and eat straight away.
