Ingredients
4
bananas
peeled and sliced thinly
1/2
cup
chopped roasted almonds
2
tsp
plus 2 tbsp maple syrup
pinch
of course sea salt
1/2
cup
unsweetened almond milk
1
tsp
pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Place the banana slices on a lined baking tray and place in the freezer
Combine the almonds with 2 tsp of maple syrup and sea salt and set aside
Once frozen, blend the banana slices with the almond milk, remaining maple syrup and vanilla in a food processor
Spoon into a bowl and keep in the freezer until ready to use or serve straight away with a sprinkling of almonds
