oats
I use gluten free

bananas
ap 200g

tbsp maple syrup
6
tbsp cashew butter
or any nut butter
4
tbsp coconut oil plus extra for greasing
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200oC
Mash the bananas with a fork and add to a saucepan with the maple syrup, cashew butter and coconut oil and allow to simmer until it forms a liquid
Pour the liquid over the oats and stir well
Grease a baking tray with coconut oil and transfer the flapjack mix, pressing it down firmly
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top starts to brown
Leave to fully cool before slicing up
