(Lactose free for low FODMAP, goats or nut based for dairy free diets)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175oC and line a muffin tin with cases.
Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl then add in the eggs and mix thoroughly.
Add in the rest of the ingredients (apart from the berries) and mix again.
Lastly add in the berries (chopped into smaller pieces if large) then spoon the mixture into the cake cases.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins or until and inserted skewer comes out clean and the tops are slightly golden.
