Instructions
  1. Fry your spinach in a pan with a little butter until slightly wilted
  2. Boil a pan of water and add a little vinegar
  3. Give the water a stir to get it swirling, drop in an egg and poach for about 1-2 minutes
  4. Meanwhile pile your spinach onto a plate, add your other ingredients and drop your egg(s) on top
