For Autumn 2024 we are heading to Graythwaite in the beautiful Lake District.
Staying at this stunning property, with direct lake access, guests will enjoy our usual array of healthful activities including fitness sessions, yoga, relaxation and nutritious food. In addition we will be joined by a best selling guidebook author and outdoors instructor with over 10 year experience and in-depth local knowledge who will be taking us for a dip (or guided swim) in the lake. For those who prefer an indoor swim, we also have access to an on-site pool and of course bags and bags of beautiful scenery to soak up.
What you can expect:
This is a small and friendly retreat where you can temporarily sign out from daily life to refresh your health and habits and refuel your mind, body and soul. Food will be home cooked using only the best nourishing, natural ingredients. It will be largely plant based, wheat and dairy free.
