Ingredients
- 1 in cauliflower pulseda blender or grated to get rice consistency
- 1-2 carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1-2 Garlic cloves
- 2 handfuls of frozen peas
- 4 x eggs whisked
- Coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce

Instructions
- Squeeze the moisture from the cauliflower (if you can be bothered!)
- Cook the onion, garlic, carrots then peas in a wok or large frying pan, then remove
- Add the eggs to scramble, then remove
- Cook cauliflower in hot oil for 5-7 mins
- Combine all plus the oils
